No-Show & Late Appointment Policy

I understand that if I fail to cancel and/or reschedule my appointment within the required 24-hour time frame, or fail to attend my appointment without informing pēkomd®, I will be charged a non-refundable $50 ‘No-Show’ fee. You may contact us to reschedule/cancel through our website, social media accounts, or by calling the office directly. I understand that if I arrive more than 15 minutes late for my appointment that not all services may be able to be performed due to time restraints or that I may need to reschedule my appointment entirely to allow proper time. If my appointment needs to be rescheduled due to being more than 15 minutes late – the cancellation fee will be applied. For frequent last-minute cancellations or no shows, we may ask to collect a 50% deposit of the cost of service(s) as a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
