How does a Brazilian Butt Lift Work?
Dr. Koltz will perform your outpatient BBL plastic surgery procedure in three minimally invasive steps following the administration of anesthesia:
- Step 1: He will perform tumescent local anesthesia liposuction to remove excess fat from your donor areas, such as the abdomen, thighs, or hips.
- Step 2: The fat cells will purified using a sterile and automated centrifugal process and will be prepared for transfer into your buttock area.
- Step 3: Dr. Koltz will inject the purified fat into the targeted recipient sites in your buttocks at precise depths to improve fullness and shape.
Some of the transferred fat cells may not survive, which is naturally expected in this procedure. Therefore, your surgeon will make provision for this possibility and inject some extra fat than required. This will help you achieve the desired final outcome more effectively. BBL vs. Buttock Implants
